SCC Annual Conference: September 24, 2019, Tuesday 7am – 4:15 pm                                             
                                              with a MEET & GREET on September 23, 2019
                                              Monday at 6:00pm – 11:00pm at The Palace, 2nd Floor (Gatsby Room)

The Vendor rooms will be available for set up from 2pm until 7pm on Monday 9/23 or 6am on Tuesday 9/24.
  Vendor tables must be set up by 7:00am on Tuesday 9/24.

The intention is that you can come the day before, set up and then go upstairs and network with our attendees/clients.

  • The Palace will be sponsoring finger foods and light snacks for up to 150 guests.
  • You would get the attendee list the week before, to engage with clients and invite them to the meet and greet.
  • It will be a CASH BAR, HOWEVER,
    Vendors may purchase “drink tickets”, to present to attendees, whether old friends/clients or prospective new clients.
  • Start networking and socializing the evening before with a very casual evening.
  • There is a TV in the bar area, to watch the playoffs.

The SCC blocked 120 rooms in 2018, and we know that over 150 rooms were booked with the 4 hotels down the street, many have no big plans the night before the conference.

THE BONUS IS THE LOCAL HOTELS provide shuttles to and from the Palace!

Details will be forthcoming, of how to purchase drink tickets in advance.

We will again cap the Vendor number at 50 Tables (2 persons per table) and only those registered for the SCC conference will have access to the evenings Meet & Greet.

To pay by check, (first register online) then mail check, which must include company name to Surgery Center Coalition, 3210 Mattapan Avenue, Point Pleasant, NJ 08742

To pay by credit card, (first register online) then click paypal link in the confirmation and choose VENDOR, BRONZE, SILVER, or GOLD
     (Please note that the credit card payment includes the PayPal Fee of an additional 2.2% + fees. The fee is automatically added to PayPal Buy Now button.)

Other big news, we are adding a breakout session, upstairs, which means the morning Breaks will consist of (2) two different 45-minute attendee times to visit our Vendors.

Approximately 100-150 attendees each break.
